1990

Founded in Houston, Texas

Cornerstone Valve was established near Houston, Texas — the heart of the global energy industry. From day one, our mission was to engineer and manufacture severe service ball valves entirely on American soil.

1990s

Early Commercialization of Custom Engineered Valves

During the 1990s, drawing on deep experience in U.S. Navy applications, our team developed dependable solutions for demanding Oil & Gas markets, including cryogenic, high-pressure, corrosive, and high-temperature service. That early focus on application-specific engineering, establishing a supply chain for special metallurgies, and rigorous documentation established the practical, customer-led approach that continues to guide our work today.

Today, we remain a privately held, American-owned manufacturer operating under one roof in Missouri City, Texas.
